BK Mechanical Services Is Simply the Best

BK truly went above and beyond for our family when a local company failed us. After dealing with a frustrating situation, BK stepped in, got us on the schedule the very same day, and quickly corrected multiple issues that were preventing us from fully enjoying our dream home.

From the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Tosh answered with genuine care, compassion, and concern, immediately reassuring me that everything would be taken care of; and she was absolutely right. Misty in scheduling listened carefully to every concern and made sure BK was the right solution for us.

Anyone who lives in Rayburn Country knows the water here is less than exceptional. BK introduced us to the Halo water system, and it has been a complete game changer. We now have crystal-clear, safe water; something everyone deserves.

Waylon and Michael are two of the most experienced, professional, and friendly plumbers I have ever encountered. From the warm greeting at the door, to the quality of their work, to taking the time to ask if we had any questions before they left; every detail mattered. They even left the work area cleaner than when they arrived.

Dallas is our primary home, but here in Rayburn Country there is only one plumbing company we will ever use; and that is BK. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a plumber in this area.

There was contact from the main office asking that they come to do a check up on the new system. It was scheduled for a Technician to come out. Another call to ensure technician was on his way the day set. Technician came out. Changed filter, check unit all over even offed expertise on keeping unit clean from moisture build up and dust. The area was left clean and in order. Very nice personality, knowledgeable of his equipment and shared how to order filters. Service was very good. Thank you.

Had a new hot water heater installed. They had to cut out a cabinet it was in and you would never know it by the clean up job they did. Mike was so courteous and kind and would definitely have them back again for service. I would recommend BK Mechanical for sure, you will be satisfied.

Misty Shakeel was quickly able to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace a leaky kitchen faucet, water filtration unit, bathroom faucet and install a new garbage disposal. Ryan came the next day to do the estimate. He was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at everything that needed to be done and then emailed me a very reasonable quote. Again, Misty was quickly able to schedule a technician to do the repairs. The technician, Mike Coil, arrived and promptly began the work. He was so nice and proficient! He completed everything on the list efficiently, double checked for leaks and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased with the job he did! Unfortunately, since our house is almost 50 years old, the spigot for the filtered water on our kitchen sink started dripping 2 days later. It was the only thing not replaced with everything else! Once again, I called Misty and she got me scheduled quickly. Mike came out again and quickly and efficiently replaced the Spigot. We have used BK Mechanical several times over the years for toilet and shower issues and they have always been great! Quality work, great technicians and reasonable prices! They will always be my go-to guys!

I called at 8 am. Have never heard of this company. It’s hot and needed someone quick. Not only did they show up in a timely manner, the unit was fixed quick like within 20 min and we were back with coolness! Highly recommend!!!

Every contact was very friendly and informative with great communication skills. Technicians were very polite and willing to explain what was need to fix the issue and ask our preference when it came to solutions. Cleaned up after themselves and left no messes. Will definitely be recommending BK Mechanical Services to friends and family!

The person answering the phone was polite and made arrangements for ASAP, which was early the next morning and when the repair man was going to be a little later she called and explained. He came did excellent work and gave me an estimate for my other issues. I will be doing the repairs in the very near future. I will continue to use and share with friends and family
Got my repairs done!
We found an additional problem and Ryan and his crew did the repairs that we were unaware of with no additional charges. It was fairly quick and the men were just outstanding.
I will definitely call them for anything else I need repaired!

We just purchased a new home at the beginning of 2024 and from the start had issues with the AC System that was installed with a different company. I reached out to BK mechanical and they were knowledgeable on diagnosing the current system on our home. Mike was really great and very patient with us throughout this process of replacing our AC system. Our previous system was oversized, and Mike immediately was able to determine that by performing a manual J report on our home. The team that came out to remove the existing AC system, and then install the current system were very courteous and they always made sure they cleaned up their mess. We now have the proper size AC for our home and they also installed a mini split in our bonus room upstairs and I can’t even begin to explain how much of a difference this is made in our home. My husband and I highly recommend BK mechanical services and we will never call anyone else.

I have had BK Mechanical come to my house for jobs as simple faucet and toilet Installs, but they handled so much more. some very large remodels were done by adding a gas stove line, then tearing out foundation to move bathroom fixtures and adding plumbing for my new kitchen island sink.

Each time they are professional, dependable and stick to the timeline. I had a pleasant experience from the ladies that answer the phone, to the project manager and to my front door with the certified professionals that completed the job.
